Well, I feel totally dumb right now! So I got the new ipad, and have been loving the new toy from the first minute I started playing with it.
As with any new gadget, reading instructions is a big NO for me, they will be totally ignored and left in the box untouched. With the iPad, I got home, got the beast out of the box and just closed it with all the other things inside.
Used the toy until the battery drained and promptly put it to charge on my iphone charger, thinking it was the same as the one that came with the ipad… charged it around 3 times since i’ve got it and was shocked everytime to see it take over 10 hours to charge!!
Today was time to do something about it, so I started searching for any other people with the same complaints… turns out that I was using the wrong charger.
iPhone charger – 5v output
iPad charger – 10v output
Basically, this is why it was taking double the time to charge 
I’m a fool :/
